Using environmentally friendly undyed fabrics throughout, the collection has a clean-lined, modernist aesthetic. Trims and details are kept to a minimum to further reduce the collection's environmental impact. Additionally, non-toxic, high elasticity rubber screen printing techniques are employed for all prints while product packaging is crafted from 100% recycled materials and using only vegetable-based inks.
Underlining its step towards sustainability, fabrics used in the Undyed collection comprise a combination of 60% cotton and 40% recycled polyester as well as 100% cotton jersey. And, by focusing on undyed fabrics throughout, the collection reduces the volume of water required in the manufacturing process by approximately 50%.
Each style also features a flower-shaped logo consisting of five Umbro double diamonds as signage to the Undyed collection's lower environmental impact. This commitment is spotlighted by the following statement which appears subtly throughout the collection: Undyed this product is not dyed to use less water. Be kinder to the environment."
